Conscient Sports is part of the reputed Conscient Group, which has diversified interests, including infrastructure and education. Known for its innovative approach to the domains in which it operates, the Group also owns and runs Heritage Schools — India’s premier experiential learning institutions, renowned for their project-based pedagogy and integrated curriculum.

Established in 2010, Conscient Sports brings over a decade of experience in training more than 50,000 young adults through its various programs nationwide. In partnership with the Real Madrid Foundation and Delhi Capitals, Conscient Sports operates extensively across India. Together, Conscient Sports, the Real Madrid Foundation, and Delhi Capitals share a common vision to run extensive football and cricket academies in multiple cities throughout the country.

Sucess Story

We are thrilled to share the inspiring success story of Thea Fernandes from Barça Academy Pune, who has been selected for Pune's district team in the Inter-District Football Championship for Sub-Junior Girls. Thea's journey is marked by relentless dedication, exceptional talent, and a passion for football. Her consistent performance and sportsmanship have earned her this prestigious opportunity. Training at Barça Academy Pune has honed Thea's skills, preparing her for high-level competition. Her selection reflects her hard work and the collective effort of her coaches, teammates, and family.

Niall Gohawala, a Conscient Sports player from the Churchgate centre, was named top scorer of the Mumbai School Sports Association tournament. Training with us since 2017, he has played in international tournaments like the BAWC, Singa Cup, and Dubai Super Cup.

Conscient Sports player Veer Gondal was selected to train at La Liga’s second division club Cadiz FC for four weeks in May 2020, though it was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Veer has been training with us since 2016 at our Matunga centre and has represented Conscient Sports in international tournaments like the BAWC in Spain and the Singa Cup in Singapore, unlocking his true potential. Conscient Sports player Ashmit Sangma has been selected to play for the Delhi State sub-junior national team. Ashmit has been training with us since 2016 at our Noida centre and has represented his centre at tournaments like the Singa Cup in Singapore and the Dubai Super Cup. We are truly proud of his achievements and of being part of his journey. Ashmit Sangma Selected to play for the Delhi State subjunior national team.

Born in 2011, Rithvik Thane's passion for football led him from Bengaluru to the Conscient ports project. Excelling in the Karnataka State Football Association (KSFA) Double Pass Development League (DPDL) from 2019 to 2022, Rithvik showcased his skills and dedication. His impressive performances and leadership in the DPDL led to his selection to Barcelona’s FCB Escola, FC Barcelona's prestigious youth academy. Rithvik's journey from Bengaluru to Barcelona exemplifies the power of dedication and hard work, inspiring young footballers everywhere.

Conscient Sports player Shrithi Kannan awarded selected as the Best Player of the Tournament at HT GIFA in 2020. She has been training at our Gurugram centre since 2018 and was part of the winning team at the HT GIFA tournament in 2019.

Husaina Lodghar, who trained at the Koramangala centre, Conscient Sports, has been selected to represent the Karnataka state team in the U-16 category. Training with us since February 2019, she was recently awarded Player of the Match at the Fitosport Baby League. She will also be part of the next Impetus Women’s League.

Conscient player, Sattyam Kumar, who trains at the Saket centre, has been awarded the best centre back of Takshila Cup. He has been training with us since 2017 and was part of the team that was first runner-up in the Takshila Cup.

Rishhaan Mukherjee, a player from the Conscient Sports U13 team, has been selected for the Mumbai district team to compete in the sub-Junior Nationals. This achievement highlights Rishhaan's exceptional skills, dedication, and performance. Training under the esteemed BA, which follows the renowned Real Madrid Foundation methodology, has honed his abilities and prepared him for higher levels of competition.

Araadhya Shahstri, a goalkeeper from the Conscient SportsU13 team, has been selected for the Mumbai district team to compete in the sub-Junior Nationals. This achievement underscores Araadhya's exceptional talent, distinguishing him as one of the top young goalkeepers in the region. His selection involved rigorous competition and highlights his superior skills, quick reflexes, and strong game sense. As part of the district team, Araadhya will gain valuable experience and exposure, enhancing his development for future opportunities in competitive football.

We are delighted to announce that Ranvir, a Consceint Sports U13 player, has been selected for the Mumbai district team for the Sub Junior Nationals. His selection underscores his talent and the high-quality training at our academy. Additionally, Ranvir has been honored with the captaincy of the Mumbai team, highlighting his leadership qualities and the respect he commands among peers. Under his captaincy, the team is poised for a strong performance. Ranvir's story inspires young athletes, showcasing that with determination and guidance, significant achievements are within reach.

Conscient Academy provides a structured and disciplined approach to training, which has greatly benefited my child's progress. Truly grateful for this opportunity.

One of the best academy for young footballers and the facilities are also very good. And many different private leagues get organized at this venue. All the facilities are available and the venue is very clean and well maintained. And many football leagues are organised here.

Happy with their football coaching methodology. Coaches are experienced, offering help and support to the players in the making.

Beautifully landscaped grounds. Well maintained grass. Fantastic coaches that give individual attention. Ambulance on stand by and a physiotherapist available during training, definitely amongst the few best soccer grounds in the country.

Well lit. Good field. People used to playing on turf will find the ground to be not perfectly levelled but the feeling of playing in an open field on grass is unparalleled

Barca Football Academy is a brilliant idea executed in the most effective way to train the young generation physically and mentally. Anupama and Rajesh Jain are visionary leaders who have contacted and institutionalised football. I congratulate them for this vision and brilliant execution of transforming the younger generation through mental and physical challenges and training. It's excellent to see the kids early morning in the fields training rather than simply relaxing or sleeping. This life changing experience is transforming the kids into capable youths who can accept failure and success with equanimity.

It is an amazing academy with professional coaches. I will personally recommend to all those who aspire to become footballer. This is a place to be.
